The welcome and helpfulness of Kemal and his staff was exceptional. Bedrooms are small and could do with a chest of drawers but overall good value and very clean and comfortable. Where else would somebody like Ferredoun go out to buy complimentary nuts for guests at 11.30 at night.

Staff are generally very helpful and pleasant. They welcome us very warmly with Turkish tea and delights. The rooms are meticulously cleaned and towels changed daily . We stayed here for a week and had a fantastic time. The hotel is located in a quiet side street, five minutes walk from the Grand Bazaar and the tram stop, making it easy to travel around the city. We were glad we had the Junior Suite - the room was quite large and had a Turkish bath which was excellent. The room was nicely decorated and had aircon

The hotel is down a back street close to the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque so location wise it's good. It's a small hotel and probably family run which gives it that personal touch but this is not a 4 star hotel; 3 stars at best. Turkey can do 4 and 5 star hotels of an international standard hence the disappointment. We were given one of the older style

Hotel staff were excellent but the room was very disappointing, first impression was really good room, then the building works started from next door building, and I mean maybe 3 or 4 meters away power drill industrial hammer all day from 8:00am until 5:00pm, changed room once due to the fact the builders were almost in the room, but the second room

The Hotel was conveniently located a few minutes walk from the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque but down a quieter side street away from the noise. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant and the service was fantastic.
