Fantastic hotel for families as lots to keep kids and parents happy. Very relaxing.

The hotel was under maintenance, and it had a strong paint smell in lobby and on every floor in the lift area!! the staff are very helpful in arranging trips and restos etc... would recommend this hotel as a must see, but confirm maintenance has finished first!! went for lunch at the Burj Al Arab - food was nice, not out of this world which is wha

Hotel is great with free access to wild wadi water park which can be very expensive if you stay elsewhere and pay for entrance. the only downside is the cost of food is a little expensive. Would thoroughly recommend it if you can afford it

I thought the service was impeccable from everyone I encountered during my stay. The room was an ocean view room and very comfortable and spacious.I had the best sleep ever in the bed which is probably the most comfortable I have slept in. The gym was first rate.

You don't have to lift a finger! As a frequent visitor to Dubai I would encourage anyone to pay a visit to Jumeriah Beach Hotel, lovely atmosphere and great staff.

Okay, the negatives first. Three people looking for a tip on my arrival to take one piece of baggage to my room. The breakfast cost is very high, as are all meals. There was also a 30 minute search for the tv remote control. However, these are insignificant when compared to the exceptional service, the fantastic rooms, the location.
