Effortless Check In with Smart Lock.There is a LED TV in the Lounge with Cable TV and another TV in the last Bedroom.There is arrangement for complimentary Tea and Coffee and tea bags, sugar and milk sachets will be replaced immediately upon asking. The Independent Enchanting Apartment is located on the Ground Floor.There is no restricted space on the ground floor. The apartments on the First and Second Floors are accessed by a staircase and that is private property. The space on the ground floor is available for you entirely including the open natural courtyard at the back. You can enjoy your smoke in the courtyard.
Other things to note
If the apartment runs out of water,come out, climb 10 steps on the stairs to the first landing. You will see a Green Button on the Electrical Panel. Press the Green Button to start the water pump which stores water for the building. The pump will switch off by itself when the tank is full. Run water in the taps for 3 minutes to let the trapped air escaape. Full water supply will resume in 3 minutes.
There is a Jayna Dental Clinic in the front of the house. It is also a good landmark.
Car parking is available for one car on the street outside.
Scheduled Cleaningis daily.The cleaning maid comes at 11.30 am.
It is desired that all visitors leave by 1130PM.
Extremely Loud music after 11 PM is not allowed to be played in the city. Within your apartment is no problem at all.
Banned drugs and substances and weapons of any kind are not allowed.
